Senexis has built a unique and balanced pipeline of treatments for diseases resulting from the toxicity of amyloid-like proteins. The pipeline has been carefully risk adjusted to minimise the impact of early compound attrition and to balance the relative time/cost required to commercialise the different products. In addition to our diagnostic for Alzheimer's disease and a medical device for Dialysis Related Amyloidosis,  we are building a pipeline of potent and selective small molecule, drug-like compounds for the treatment of the following diseases:
