Our product pipeline of innovative therapies

Senexis has built a unique and balanced pipeline of treatments for diseases resulting from the toxicity of amyloid-like proteins. The pipeline has been carefully risk adjusted to minimise the impact of early compound attrition and to balance the relative time/cost required to commercialise the different products. We are mainly focused on building a pipeline of potent and selective small molecule, drug-like compounds for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, which should also have utility in treating Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM):

Our diabetes programmes are at an earlier stage of development and we also have an emerging interest in developing a device to treat Dialysis-Related Amyloidosis (DRA).
